Ok so you have you have found a hot niche but now you need content.  I recently learned of a new service called Quality Content, by Jonathan Leger thanks to a review posted by Dane Morgan on his blog

Quality Content is the newest brain child of Jonathan Leger. Jonathan has put out a few of what I consider highly innovative sites recently. If I’m honest I think a couple of them have issues that prevent me from getting in on them, but even the ones I’m not into are flat out innovative. But his newest offering is simply amazing.

I have used other products by Jonathan Leger in the past and am currently using his Real Traffic Exchange.  I have nothing but praise for his products, they are high quality and truly work.

I signed up for the Quality Content and have already made good use of it.
